CRICKLADE HALF MARATHON AND 10K - ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL YEAR

Thank you to all the runners who took part this year.  Despite the blazing heat we had a record time in the half marthon with Riel Carol winning with a time of 01:15:33. With over 600 runners of all ages a great day was had by all.

We would like to thank all sponsors, without whose support the race could not take place.  Also a huge thank you goes to all our marshals - volunteers that help us year after year to make Cricklade the success that it is.

Congratulations go to our local runners Nick Braid first Cricklade man in half marathon with a time of 01:29:28, Melanie Carash first Cricklade lady in the half marathon with a time of 01:58:48.  Congratulations  to Ben Francis as first Cricklade man in 10k with a time of 39:47 (this was Ben's first run in the Cricklade 10k and was the youngest runner in the race).  Well done also to Samantha Murray first Cricklade lady in the 10k with a time of 55:21.
